Mindful Thanet is a project I started with a group of friends in summer 2013, following several years of helping run Open Meditation
Camden in London.
We meditate together each week and organise other mindful activities in Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate. We are generally concerned with mindful practice and promotion of mindfulness across
Thanet, because we know it works and we enjoy it.
We can offer tailored sessions and short courses for groups, individuals and events. I have developed Practical Mindfulness as a way of working with people who are interested in learning about the practical benefits and a range of
accessible techniques to practice mindfulness in modern life.
